Mosinee Travel Team Registration is open!  Here is the link for Registration. Registration should be completed before the tryout dates below:

• SUNDAY, Sep. 8th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • 2:00pm to ~2:45pm will be the 12U and 13U makeup time at Field 3
  • ~2:30pm to 4:00pm will be open to 8U, 9U, 10U, and 11U at Field 1
• MONDAY, Sep. 9th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Field 1 (8U, 9U, 10U, and 11U)
• MONDAY, Sep. 16th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Field 1 (8U, 9U, 10U, and 11U)

A $50 deposit will be required upon making the team with the remaining balance due at the start of the season in the spring.  

A few tryout notes:
- Please arrive ~10 minutes ahead of the start time for signing in and warmups.

- Most players will be done ~30 prior to planned end time.  Pitchers and Catchers should expect to stay until the end.

- Batters will be evaluated in the batting cages; any bat is allowed.

- Parents are discouraged from attending the evaluation to help us stay on schedule and keep the athletes focused.  If you choose to stay on site, we ask for your cooperation so that you have no verbal or physical contact with the players at any time.

- Teams will be selected the weeks following tryouts and athletes notified.  The goal will be to find opportunities for as many athletes as possible including the possibility of two teams in an age bracket if necessary.   Placement will be made within age rules to maximize the teams the organization can field.  If a team cannot be filled, additional recruitment efforts will be made and a second tryout in the spring.

- Independent evaluators will be utilized to assist with the creation of the teams.

Specific updates for 12U and 13U:

- If you attended tryouts on Tuesday, August 27th, please do NOT attend a second tryout.

- If you planned to attend the makeup tryout, but that time doesn't work for you, please reach out to the MYB Board.  If one of the other tryout dates works for you, we could discuss doing it then.

- Team selection will happen after everyone has had an opportunity to try out.  We appreciate your patience with the reschedule.

The MYB fields are technically the property of the Mosinee School District. As such, all school rules also apply at the fields. These rules include but are not limited to:

1. No Dogs (Pets) allowed
2. No Smoking or tobacco use on the grounds
3. No alcohol / drug use on the grounds
4. No carry-ins please - help support our program
5. Please Do Not park in the Charlie's Hardware or Piggly Wiggly parking lots for Field 2 games.
